Survey to assess Covid-19 vaccine need
gudath Israel of Illinois, Hatzalah Chicago and Refuah 311 have joined together to form the Community Vaccine Alliance which will be working to get the COVID-19 vaccine to all eligible individuals and community members. This survey doesn't guarantee one will receive a vaccine but is intended to assess community need and plan inoculation sites as vaccines become available. Click here to complete the survey.

Community Counter
Community Counter is a volunteer initiative meant to suppress the spread of COVID-19 within the Chicagoland Jewish community. This site allows individuals who have tested positive for COVID-19 to anonymously give information that will protect their friends and neighbors.

This information will indicate where a person with COVID-19 may have unintentionally exposed others before they knew they were sick. The notification system uses the principles of contact tracing in order to suppress further spread of the virus.  Community Counter is supported by the IDPH, Skokie Department of Public Health, CRC, Hatzalah, Refuah 311, and more.
